Not every project requires full-service design. These packages provide targeted professional guidance to help you gain clarity, resolve decisions and move your project forward with confidence.

Each option can be booked as a standalone piece of work, giving you practical direction and confidence in the decisions ahead.

Strategy & Vision Document

£1,500 inc VAT – Residential
£3,000 + VAT – Commercial

Timeframe: 2 weeks from meeting

A strategic review of your project to understand its potential before committing to full design or building work.

Whether buying or feeling stuck with your home, you're looking at floorplans but unsure how to make the most of the space.
Is it the right purchase, or can you adapt what you have? What’s involved?
To understand how the property could work for you and gain realistic insight into the scope and quality level of the work.
We begin with a one-hour Zoom call (or in person if nearby) to explore your priorities.
Following this, we produce a Strategy Document setting out spatial ideas, project priorities and indicative quality levels. We then meet again to review the proposals and discuss them in detail.
All we need to begin is estate agent plans and a conversation.

Room Guide

You have a space in your home that feels unresolved. Perhaps it hasn’t quite come together, or you’ve just moved in and feel unsure what to buy.
A clear vision, furniture and lighting layout and a shopping list to work from.
We start with a short video call to clarify the brief.
You then receive a Room Guide showing furniture and lighting ideas, a colour palette and a curated shopping list.

This is an interactive get-it-done session in your home or workspace.
Together we review where the project currently sits and work through the key decisions using sketches, diagrams and practical design tools.
