Project Vision & Brief
£2,500 + VAT – Residential
£3,500 + VAT – Commercial
Timeframe: 2 weeks from meeting
A strategic review of your property, lifestyle and project ambitions, designed to establish priorities, identify opportunities and create a clear roadmap before design or construction begins.

To understand how the property could work for you and gain realistic insight into the scope and quality level of the work.

We begin with a one-hour Zoom call (or in person if nearby) to explore your priorities.
Following this, we produce a Project Vision & Brief setting out spatial ideas, project priorities and indicative quality levels. We then meet again to review the proposals and discuss them in detail.
All we need to begin is estate agent plans and a conversation.

We start with a short video call to clarify the brief.
You then receive a Room Guide showing furniture and lighting ideas, a colour palette and a curated shopping list.

Design Session

An intensive in-person design session to resolve decisions and move a project forward.
