We’ll start with a 1 hour zoom call (or visit if you’re nearby) to drill into your priorities. Then I’ll produce a strategy document followed by a follow up session to run through the proposals. All I need is estate agents plans and a chat!

Indicative quality specification (so your builder can quote appropriately for fittings and finishes)

This is an interactive, get-it-done session in your home. I’ll bring fresh eyes, expert guidance and the design tools necessary to help resolve your sticking points alongside you so you can feel good about your project and clear on the details.

A full review of where you’re at currently and the decisions made, with constructive advice on how to move forwards
Sketches/3D models/concept images/CAD plans of any elements that are up in the air, as needed to help you visualise them
